1. Unique truck body connection structure: The truck body connection structure absorbs the advantages of the same industry at home and abroad, optimizes the connection structure between the plates, and uses high-strength bolts and special imported truck body assembly glue joints. With high strength, good safety and other advantages, the competitive advantage is more obvious. 

2. Unique sealing method: The double body seal of special truck body assembly glue and special sealant is used in the assembly of the truck body, which greatly reduces the water leakage probability of the truck body. 

3. Lightweight design: The product is lightweighted by optimizing the product structure and the secondary beam using high-strength steel materials. The weight of the truck after weight reduction is 5%-10% lower than that of the same specification in the same industry. 

4. The truck body plate making process adopts the fully enclosed polyurethane plate bonding structure, which can be fromed at one time. The produced truck panel has no metal skeleton, no cold bridge, good thermal insulation perfromance, good waterproof perfromance, high overall strength and light weight of the truckboard. 

5. The exterior decorative profile of the truck body is hidden and not hidden, and the whole body is more beautiful and generous. 

6. The panel processing adopts the most advanced and unique five-axis CNC machining center in the industry, which can precisely process and trim the refrigerated compartment board, ensure the processing precision of the product, change the manual grinding operation method commonly used in the industry, and improve the production. The environment improves production efficiency.

Pursuing the fuel consumption perfromance of the practical speed zone with high frequency of use, from boosting to cooling, fuel multi-point injection, pursuing to minimize fuel cost and achieve powerful power in high torque and economic speed regions.

-------Spiral Blade 

Spiral blade inside drum is the key part of truck. The design of spiral blade decides on carring capacity, discharge/charge speed, mixing unifromity and residual rate of concrete. A reasonable design optimize above specifications and enable truck works in best condition. 

The researchers conduct in-depth study on principle of spiral blade and establish 3D mathematical model. The advanced spiral blade adopts revised variable angle double logarithmic spiral curve to fit left-side drive in China, which increase the roadability of truck accordingly. 


-------In order to enhance the mixing perfromance of front drum, there are subsidiary mixing holes in the middle of spiral blades. Under the inside pressure, the concrete move axially from front to rear through these holes in a small area. This axial movement could cause turbulence in nearby concrete. Furthermore, the mixing plates was installed on axial surface of drum which was used to do subsidiary mixing, in order to realize the mixing and transporting of aggregate concrete. 


--------The transition of spiral blades of front drum, middle drum and rear drum is smooth so the curvature is plain. This enable the increasing of discharging speed and deceasing the residual rate, meanwhile the mixing unifromity was guaranteed. New type of spiral blades make truck more efficient on energy in order to satisfy the requirement on truck pump by construction site when motor is at idle. 


---------Drums and special steel plate, adopt mechanical agitation blade material. Inlet and discharge port in the easy wear and tear with wear-resistant material to reinforce and extend the wear and tear.
