QingLing ISUZU FVR Lorry Truck: 

Isuzu's new 6H engine: 6HK1-TCL 

The 6HK1-TCL engine was newly developed by Isuzu in Japan. It uses Japan's Denso high-pressure common rail fuel injection system: high injection pressure, flexible adjustment of injection timing, fuel injection duration, injection pressure, and fuel injection rules. The fuel injection of the class has greatly improved the economy, power and emission perfromance of the diesel engine, and greatly improved the noise and vibration of the engine. 

It is provided with DPF post-processing system: No need for urea decreases customer's use cost; better refitting adaptability without urea device. 

Electronically controlled EGR, two-stage EGR cooling tube + DOC emission control technology can effectively reduce pollutant emissions. 

The electronically controlled variable-section turbocharger (VGS) + intercooling technology greatly enhances power and responsiveness and can adapt to a variety of complex road conditions. 

Advanced oil-saving function: the advanced unique gearing slippage function on the downhill and flat road is setting inside the electrically-controlled module. 

Maneuverability 

"Steering Maneuverability: The hydraulic power steering device is equipped with a scientifically designed steering trapezoid to make the steering operation light. The steering wheel angle and height can be adjusted to make the driver of all shapes easy to operate. Nylon hose: It adopts high-quality products of internationally renowned manufacturers, with good plasticity, strong toughness, anti-aging, easy to leak, and long service life; 

Air pipe joint: copper joint, not easy to rust, reliable, long service life. Quick-change joints can be replaced without tools, no need to go to the repair station, they can operate; 

Relay valve: The relay valve is used on the brake line to reduce the length of the pipeline from the brake air supply to the brake air chamber. The brake reflects the speed more sensitive and faster, and the braking effect is better. 

Electrical aspects: 

Harness: The key components are imported from Japan (such as wires, connectors, etc.), the quality is more reliable, the control is more precise, and the durability is durable. The chassis harness connector is waterproof and has high reliability; 

The sensor: the connector increases the shielded work line, and the sensor signal is more stable;
