Those electric trucks have a gross combination weight of up to 18 tonnes, and depending on the battery configuration, the autonomy mile range could be up to 435 kilometers with full loading capacity. The real mileage might be bit of different considering terrains, loading weight, driving speed, driving habits, etc. The drive motor controller adopts a double closed-loop control system of speed and torque, which calibrates different output torque according to different working conditions. The control is more accurate, the system efficiency is higher and the vehicle mileage is longer.
The vehicle adopts a lithium iron phosphate battery (LFP), which has good thermal stability and higher safety and reliability, high energy density, high consistency of cell, equipped with a passive balanced battery management system. Long cycle life, up to 3000 times; Long service life, up to 8 years.
The optional heating system can make the vehicle operate well in cold areas; Support 1C charging, rapid charging speed.
Except for pickups’, all of the batteries are from CATL, which provides strong and clean power electric vehicles for meeting the working conditions of short-haul and long-haul transportation in urban areas and construction sites, to satisfy the requirements of industrialization and transport electrification, and greatly improve operational efficiency and provide practical solutions for reduced mobile source pollution.
Qingling Isuzu commercial electric truck has the characteristics of good operating performance, fast starting acceleration, low vehicle energy consumption, long mileage and, etc. After more than two years of forwarding development, the whole range of products have been subjected to rigorous high temperature and humidity tests, low temperature winter tests, reliability tests, and various laboratory verification, which ensures the vehicle quality straight from the design source.
Qingling Isuzu invested heavily in the construction of a new three-power combined regulation laboratory, and increased the development and debugging laboratory for the core three-power system of new energy vehicles. The newly built core power battery test and testing equipment for electric vehicles can effectively test the battery performance in the early stage of development. The newly built rain testing laboratory for electric vehicles ensures the waterproof performance before leaving the factory.
The average power consumption for 100 kilometers is 34 kWh, and the cost for 100 kilometers is 6.60 dollars according to the average electricity price of 0.20 dollars/kWh; Diesel light truck: fuel consumption of 12L for 100 kilometers, oil price of 1.10 dollars /L, use cost of 13.22 dollars for 100 kilometers; 100 kilometers can save 6.53 dollars. Calculated according to the trip of 40,000 kilometers per year, the operating cost can be saved by 2614 dollars.
In 2019, Qingling's 18 tonnes pure electric heavy duty EVC61 sweeper truck was unveiled in Tian’anmen Square in Beijing to serve the military parade marking the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and completed the task of sanitation support.
